Disconnect integrations in Proof
Open your Proof dashboard at dashboard.withproof.io → Settings → Integrations → Remove for each connected platform. OAuth tokens are deleted immediately upon disconnection. - 2
Revoke access on each platform
Even after disconnecting in Proof, you can revoke our access directly with each provider:
Instagram
Instagram app → Menu (☰) → Settings and privacy → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Active → Remove Proof
Google
Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access → Remove Proof
Shopify
Shopify Admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels → Remove Proof

Request full account erasure
To permanently delete all remaining data linked to your Proof account (including aggregate trend data), email us from your registered address:

Stop Proof device updates (if applicable)
If you use or plan to use a Proof device: disconnect integrations in your dashboard (Step 1) to stop server-side updates—the device will stop receiving updates and return to its default idle screen. Power-cycling the device clears volatile on-device aggregate data immediately.
What Happens Next
- —We confirm your request by email, usually within one business day.
- —All data linked to your account is permanently deleted within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
- —You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
- —If you do not hear back within 48 hours, follow up at Founder@withproof.io.
